Competition Format

Teams of 4 pairs. Each player must have played in at least 2 League Matches this year.

Each pair will have playing partners from another Zone as fellow competitors/markers.  

Guides to distant Tees and Ball spotters will be provided where required.

Pairs 4BBB Betterball Stableford, 85% Course Handicap, off the Yellow Tees.

Aggregate of the best three pairs scores to count.

In the event of a tie from the best three aggregate scores, the scores of the fourth pair will be added to determine the overall  winning position. If still tied, then the 4th card will be subjected to a count back.

Handicaps

Scorecards will be provided – please collect them from the MDSL Reception Desk.

Handicap Indexes and Course Handicaps will have been checked on Monday the 19th September & Playing Handicaps calculated. 

Insurance

Individuals have a personal responsibility of reasonable care on the course and in the Clubhouse with respect to their own and other’s safety. MDSL is not liable for any costs, injury, or damage to persons or property caused or arising from play or attendance at golf matches organised by MDSL. Players should ensure they have appropriate Public Liability/Third Party insurance cover including excesses from their Personal or Club/EGU policies.
